What is Weight Coaching?
Rather than give you a list of foods to eat and a number of calories, allow Renée to provide you with the necessary tools to follow an eating plan for the long run. The focus includes your relationship with yourself and food, and any deeper purpose you can call on to assist you in being successful in losing weight, and maintaining that accomplishment.
